Raise3D launches new resins in collaboration with Henkel and Forward AM

Atomic Layer of the Day:
Raise3D has launched five high performance resins for its DLP resin 3D printiers. The new materials were developed with Henkel and Forward AM, and provide such a properties as transparency, high durability, high strength, and high flexibility.
New resins include:
Raise3D High Clear Resin – a transparent resin with a high-quality surface finish offering a blend of strength, clarity, and durability.
Forward AM Ultracur3D RG 1100 B – a high-strength resin with high heat deflection temperature, good chemical resistance and long-term UV-stability.
Forward AM Ultracur3D RG 3280 – a ceramic-filled resin with exceptionally high stiffness and temperature resistance.
Henkel LOCTITE 3D IND405 – a high-strength resin developed for industrial manufacturing. It offers excellent impact resistance, moderate heat resistance and excellent surface finish.
Henkel LOCTITE 3D PRO476 – a high-strength engineering resin with good impact resistance and excellent surface finish. Ideal for a wide variety of tools in the production floor including tooling, manufacturing aids, and housings as well as for consumer goods.
New resins are now available on the Raise3D website, and the resin templates have been built into the ideaMaker 5.1.2 version.
