Atomic Layer of the Day:
She has beautiful face, perfect body, high-level skills, and is always open to new ideas and proposals. And yet, you can't say that you're 100% happy being with her. Because her job... well… you’re not exactly “comfortable with it”. Often, when she comes back from work, she’s tired, and you feel a certain "distance" towards her.
People who see you together as a couple are envious. And a bit puzzled – what could such a wonderful, almost perfect girl see in you? A regular, average guy? Until one day, they find out the truth about her. The truth about you both. And then they start to mock you a bit, maybe even feel sorry for you. They certainly won’t envy you anymore. But they’ll still be puzzled.
You don’t fully understand it yourself. You adore her and truly love her, but you die a little every time she’s on set, and you get angry and resentful when she comes back in a great mood. Tired, but satisfied with a job well done.
She gives you everything you desire, yet she disappoints like no one else. And you stay in the relationship. Waiting for something to change. Even though, deep down, you know the only change you can count on is breaking up with her.
